These are small-scale interventions for the remodelling of a series of underground stations on the local railway network operated by the Autonomous Government of Catalonia. These projects were approached with deliberate discretion, with the idea of presenting a repertoire of measures capable of dignifying the infrastructures in question: 1- the order established by the white marble cladding which alternates with coloured facings all along the line; 2- the lighting which enhances the areas of public use without impeding a view of the roof, generally vaulted, on which it is mounted; 3- the grooved design of the paving, which represents a significant visual improvement while at the same time, with the addition of carborundum, permits its continuation on the exterior; and finally, 4- the emphasis given to the design of the glazed ticket kiosks, the electro-magnetic turnstiles and the benches and waste bins.

Se trata de pequeñas intervenciones de remodelación de las estaciones subterráneas de las líneas de Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya. Estos proyectos se plantean con voluntad de discreción, de manera que ofrezcan un repertorio de medios capaces de dignificar estas infraestructuras. Así, el revestimiento pautado con mármol blanco, en alternancia de color, al largo de toda la línea; la iluminación que potencia las partes de uso pero no priva de la visión de la cubierta, generalmente una bóveda, que le sirve de apoyo; el diseño acanalado del pavimento que supone una mejora visual importante al tiempo que, con la adición del carborundum, permite ser usado en exteriores; y finalmente destacar el diseño de las taquillas de cristal, los pasos de control por electroiman y los bancos y papeleras.
