This five floor housing block is divided by 4 stairs, each giving accessibility to three flats per floor except in the bottom floor, in which a fourth flat forms the entrance outdoor spaces. Living rooms occupy the south facade, while sleeping rooms do the same with the north one. Each stair has a direct access to the basement parking. Flats sizes are 40, 50 and 60 m2, 64 in total.
The construction systems are based on prefabrication and dry- assembling, with 4,5 and 5,5 structural modules and concrete mechanical floor-fixed panel facades.
The wet rooms (kitchens and bathrooms) are together in the centre of the block leaving facade for living spaces and concentrating supply and evacuation installations.
